Exchange Conditions

The product must be:

• In its original condition
• Unused
• In its original packaging with all accessories included

Exchange is accepted only in the following cases

• Manufacturing defect
• Receiving an item different from what was ordered

Shipping Responsibility

• If the exchange is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our side, we will cover the shipping cost.
• If the exchange request is for any other reason, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost.
